Looking for an easy breakfast option to get out the door in the mornings? Enter overnight oatmeal!

This is an easy, make-ahead breakfast with no cooking or baking involved!

The night before, add the following ingredients into a jar or tupperware: (I used a 12 oz. mason jar)

1/2 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup berries
1/4 cup nuts (I love pecans)
Dash of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp honey (optional)

Stir then cap the jar and place in the refrigerator overnight.

The oats will marinate or “cook” in the milk/yogurt mixture and will be soft by the morning.
